I have given lessons for 5 years now. I have been coaching little league for 1 year. I have worked camps at the collegiate level and given lessons to all ages.

I played Division 1 softball at Auburn University and Samford University. At Samford I was on the Freshman All Conference and picked as Female Rookie of the Year. While at Auburn I won two Southeastern Conference Championships and played in the World Series twice, senior year finishing 2nd.

I love the offense side of Softball. I believe that tee work is the basis of a good fundamental swing. I typically do 5-6 different tee Drills before moving on to moving balls.

For the defense side of softball I like to focus on in fielding and catching. I will walk the athlete through the different body positions they should be in for them to be more successful. Then I will teach them drills.

I will also talk the mental side of softball. Playing for one of the top teams in the nation really taught me how important this aspect was. I will yeah the athletes the importance of this.
