Macklin Hitz

I played softball for twelve years. I played at Wichita State for four years in a multitude of positions, but mostly first base and DH. I then was the assistant coach at Western Nebraska Community college. I can work with any age group, but mostly middle school or high school age students.

I played for four years at Wichita State. My junior year I made first team all-conference, as well as third team all-region. I graduated in top five all time, at Wichita State, in RBI, Slugging, and homeruns.

The drills would depend on if you wanted hitting or defense. The sessions would be 30 minutes to an hour. The first ten minutes would be doing what I call "everydays", which would be basic fundamental drills. The other 20 minutes would be spent working on specific areas that, that player is struggling with.
