More About Coach Luke
I have coached at several soccer camps with ages ranging from 4-19. I have also run 1 on 1 training sessions for family friends. I am comfortable with all ages and am very familiar with the differences in setting up a session for each respective age group.
I am a former Division One soccer player for Holy Cross and earned third-team all-Patriot League honors (I was a two-year captain in college as well). In high school, I was a two-time all-state high school soccer player and captained my team for my senior season.
A client can expect a structured session including a mix of agility drills (ladders, etc.), a focus on technical abilities each day (dribbling, passing, long-range passing, shooting, 1 v 1 defending, etc.) , and tactical strategy (thinking about the next pass; game management; body positioning for certain passes, etc.).
