I have been in soccer my whole life, hours and hours in private practices, and probably went through double the self coached practices so I would like to think I have a great idea what it should look like. I have coached youth soccer since moving back to the U.S. about a year ago and started private training session about 2 and half years ago.

Played youth soccer here in Texas- State champion 2x, Regional tournament appearances 2x
After Graduating High School, I moved to Europe and played the last 5 and half years there- 19 yrs old debuted for the senior team, Team of the week appearances 9x, Man of the Match Awards 11x
I am currently playing for a minor league Houston Dynamo team, since I am coming back from my surgery.

Main focus in my sessions will be ball work (ball mastery), coordination, the metal side (focus/ soccer smarts). Ball work will be a lot of repetition because in my mind there are no short cuts to that, the good thing is I have a lot of drills so it shouldn't be monotone at all. coordination with a speed latter mostly to get your feet doing what your mind wants, that connection is key in professional soccer. The metal side we will focus on smart decision making and staying alert with a lot of scanning
