On the first session we go through an assessment to recognize strengths, weaknesses and opportunities based on the player’s position on the field, personal characteristics and objectives. After that, I would be able to craft a plan for following sessions to maximize the player’s strengths and address the weaknesses so that the player can get to the next level in a matter of a few sessions. I can definitely guarantee my players reaching their goals as I work with more than 50 players on a weekly basis and the feedback from them, their coaches and parents are nothing but quite positive.

My training philosophy is based on honesty and trust. I like to operate looking at both the player and parents in the eyes and tell them where exactly the player stands at the moment and which areas he/she needs to work improve. I like to operate with transparency because as a player I lost a lot of time with coaches that were not telling me what I really needed to be told in order for me to the next level. During my years as a player and coach, I have learned that we need to put emotions aside, be extremely objective and put in the hard yet smart work in on every session if we want to succeed.
