I have been coaching for 3 years and individual training for 1 year. I have helped coach at the high school varsity level. I coach speed training at ARC. I work with mostly 10-19 year olds. I have my soccer D license.
I played at the high school varsity and ECNL level. I’ve ran a marathon and training for a half iron right now. I know how to work hard with what I have been given.
I make sessions depending on your position, needs, and coaches tactics. The way I run a session is a nice and slow warmup on the ball. Than depending on the position I will go through 3-5 drills and finish with some conditioning.
