I am currently Director and Master Coach of Rise Volleyball Academy, a volleyball training program that works with over 500 athletes each year.
I have been coaching since 1993 at various levels around the Western U.S., from 5 year olds to collegiate age athletes, and everything in between.
I am currently Gold Medal Squared certified, USA Volleyball IMPACT certified, on the board of directors for the Junior Volleyball Association, and an FMS (Functional Movement Systems) certified practitioner.

My volleyball highlights were all on the sand courts in Arizona, as I worked my way up through the ranking to play at the AA level before I moved to Idaho. I still play competitively.

All sessions will consist of a movement screen and assessment, allowing the athlete and myself to know where fundamental movement restrictions may be hampering their volleyball endeavors. Volleyball specific tests, such as the vertical jump, will also be administered. From there, 2-3 skills of the athlete's choice will be assessed, with biomechanics and safety being the guiding principles behind execution.
