I'm new to coaching, i have helped athletes age 12-20 train to stay fit for upcoming seasons. typically age group 14 and up. I have not coached at any high levels, i just started helping several friends stay fit before going into their college seasons. I have no industry certifications.

I have played division I junior college and II NCAA, at junior college i won several titles and played with current national team players. currently looking to break into the professional game having had several tryouts in Belgium and upcoming tryouts in Sweeden.

They can expect everything, Im big on fundamentals and consistent emphasis on it. Usually start by focusing on what they want to work on or need as a player, then add progessions to the drill in other to get them out of their comfort zone because thats how you become better. i like to mix my training with some fitness. my sessions also focus on mental strength, training the fundamentals when the body is fatigued.
