My name is Leslie Hitchcock, I am very passionate about the game of softball and sports. I love coaching because I have opporunity to impact young Athletes. I have alot of coaches growing up. I always felt like they told what I wasn't. My passionate is tell my students what they are. I belive in construction feedback but I try to do in way that creates positive change. My motto is it's starts with belief and ends with perseverance.

I played softball overs 20 years.
Played Varsity Softball 4 years at Biola University
Played in invitation only softball tour in Italy in the summer of 2011

My coaching style is unique. I'm very creative in the way I example the fundamentals of the game. I belive in keeping instruction simple. I use a lot of interesting techniques to teach students by providing feedback correcting their habits by helping them feel the difference between right and wrong. I work hard to make my students feel encouraged.
