I worked at Deltona Trinity Academy as a Head track coach and the offensive coordinator and Rb coach, Olympia high football Wr & Rb coach, Seminole high school i as the Wr coach and Palmetto high School strength and conditioning coach for baseball and football. Rb coach currently at Palmetto high school.
2 year All state Rb in high school rushing for over 1000 yds and over 20 Tds
All Area and All County in Baseball

Mentally and physically ready for his or her upcoming season training with me. Sport specific to the individual athlete.
Typical workout. Introduction phrase between the coach and the Athlete.
Next phrase would be the stretch phrase. Explain each function and reasoning
If it's a speed training we would work more or technique but if not drill specific
Then the last phrase we would put everything that the individual athlete learned for that specific session and work the movement/ drill full speed.
Cool down stretch if needed. Breaks would be included with each phrase.
