Prior to moving to Boston I coached volleyball for 4 years. I coached (individuals and teams) on the beach and indoors. In addition I coached players with their physical conditioning and cross-training. I've coached ages ranging from 10-18 years of age.

I was a Fab 50 high school graduate recruited to play all over the country at different universities. I decided to play D1 volleyball at Pepperdine University on a Full Athletic Scholarship. I came from a very small town, so exposure was a challenge. By the end of my career I was breaking records in blocking and hitting percentage and was named team captain and received MVP for our home court invitational in 2007.

Session plans will vary depending on the needs of the individual. Each client will want to focus on different things, and I will uniquely tailor the experience to those needs. But in general, we will warm up, focus on core strength and agility drills, then move to more skill specific drills and finish with serving. I believe the best volleyball player is the one who will never miss a serve. It is the one part of the game you can control!
