I am a level 3 subsiding coach, I can coach on an international level, I also train pro fighters as well. I own my own boxing facility and have won best team Oklahoma/Kansas golden gloves 2012,2013,and 2014. I have been coaching 15 plus years and currently have one of the biggest senior gyms as well as JO team.

I boxed for the world class athlete program. I fought amateur with a 33-3 record. I was selected as the first U.S. Army women's boxing coach in 2002. U.S. Nationals assistant boxing coach. All Army boxing coach.

I Focus on the basics and condition. Without conditioning you cannot perform in the ring. I am all about quality, not quantity. We come in jump rope then do our road work and afterwards go into training which will change every session depending on the athlete. No two workouts will be the same.
