Each session would have a focus topic for the day, such as dribbling, defending, shooting, goalkeeping, speed and agility, L and R foot, etc. Within the theme practice would progress from a warm up to start getting the player's body ready for high work rate to drills/activities that stayed within the focus of the day. Incorporating some hidden fitness. Keeping the energy high and competitive as well as fun for the player.
