Personal sessions via Redline Athletics as well as fitness personal training with Power Train Sports Institute in Dulles and Ashburn VA.
4 years playing division 1 NCAA soccer for the University of Michigan and was a senior captain. Drafted in the 2017 MLS Superdraft by Toronto FC. Played two seasons professionally with Toronto FC II in the USL. Still currently playing professionally.

If the client would like to work on passing, shooting, technique, etc. ; I have a lot of experience in all areas of the game! I love to work with players who love the game as much as I do and have a willingness to improve and work hard!

Coach Lars is a great coach. He worked very well with my son and broke down the training so he would understand. Lars was very patient with my son and kept him motivated the whole session. I would highly recommend Coach Lars. Due to schedule conflicts unfortunately we are not able to continue, however as soon as our schedule clears up a bit I will for sure be booking more appointments with Coach.
