My playing experience speaks for itself. I played for the Columbus Crew. I played for the Indy Eleven. Currently I play for the OKC Energy. My college experience took place at IUPUI (Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis). Throughout my college career I acquired several accolades. When I was 14 I did play for the U.S. national team.

I have coached in several camps and private settings as well. Thorough out my playing career I haven't been able to find the time to coach a team but I have filled in with Crew Juniors and Cleveland United when they needed help. Mainly my coaching experience has existed in camps and private settings.

At IUPUI, I majored in Exercise Science (Kinesiology). The reason this is important is because throughout school I have been taught how to deal with various kinds of people in physical fitness settings. I was taught how to deal with people individually and in a group. This major helped me learn how to train people on their overall fitness level which obviously goes well with my soccer knowledge to help provide a high level of training for any level of soccer.

Summit League’s Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.
Named to the IUPUI Academic Advisor's List and also earned Fall Academic All-Summit League team honors.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Represented the United States at the U-14 level. Competed in Mexico, England and Italy... helped Cleveland United to a State Cup finalist finish in 2007 and 2008

It depends on the goals of the player and it will be a build up each session. Typically I like to work on technical ability. Sessions will always vary, but it will always be building on what was learned the previous week.
