Former NCAA Athlete and coach.
I know help young athletes develop in speed, explosiveness, strength and durability to maximize their athletic potential.

I grew up a very athletic and competitive individual. After competing at the University of Washington I began coaching track as well as strength and conditioning at the NCAA level.

Each clients initial session will include a comprehensive athletic evaluation. Once we have determined the athletes strengths and weaknesses I will create a custom program specific to their bodies needs and sports physical demands.
