More About Coach Kim
A former collegiate softball player and current coach for the Billerica U16 tournament team, I bring years of experience and a passion for player development. My coaching journey began with teaching fundamentals to 8U players, guiding them through each stage of growth, and advancing their skills to strategic, high-level play by 16U. I emphasize the importance of mastering the basics, fostering a love for the game, and building confidence through consistent practice and teamwork. My approach blends discipline with fun, creating a supportive environment where players can thrive both on and off the field.
