I am a current Division II college head coach and a former Division III player. I have over 17 years of playing experience and over 11 years of coaching experience. Along with being a college head coach, I am also a club level coach and work with athletes from 12 years old to 18 years old. Having a college playing and coaching background, I am experienced in the college recruitment process as well. I can work with players of all levels and all positions.

As a college player, my primary position was libero/ds. I was a conference leader in digs per game, ranking first in my junior year.

As a club coach, I have medaled at numerous USA juniors club tournaments, including having high finishes at the Capitol Hill Classic, the Northeast Qualifier, and AAU's Happy Volley tournament. I have coached over two dozen athletes at the club level who have go on to play at the collegiate level.

As a college coach, I am entering my 5th season rebuilding a program at a college that transitioned from Division III to Division II. In just 3 recruiting classes, I have brought the program from a last place finisher to a playoff team. My libero has been nationally ranked for the past 3 years (each of years on the team so far) and I have coached players to All-Conference honors.

My first session with you will start with me working with you to establish your goals. The better I know what you want to achieve and what you have been struggling with, the better I can individualize your training plan.

I will implement training drills that will help you to reach your goals. When training athletes, I teach to the technical skill (for example , your hitting approach), but will also teach tactical execution of the technical skill. I approach coaching as a teacher and I engage the athlete in the learning process. I can also create a specific conditioning program for you to help in improving your game.
