I have over 15 years coaching experience, I have coached at semi professional level in Northern Ireland. I have coached in UK and USA respectively and have coached various age groups from u9 up to senior teams. The bulk of my experience is coaching teenagers but am comfortable with any age group. I am a UEFA B qualified coach.

I have played at semi professional level in Northern Ireland with Cliftonville FC. I have won various competitions at youth level and at senior level played at a very high standard.

Each session i coach will be tailored to the individual needs of the client. I am very focused on the developing technical ability when working 1 on 1 with a client and in group sessions will focus on technical ability and also tactical understanding. Every session will start with a warn-up that will target muscle groups that are soccer specific then the session will develop and differ depending on the ability of the client.

I also offer group sessions
