More About Coach Kevin

I’ve gained my experience in coaching youth players in developmental stages and even have trained more experienced players at a higher level. Coaching and training players as their first coach, and developing players in technique for improving. I’ve coached with Soccer Shots and currently coach at sugar land soccer club. I typically work with ages 10-11, however have trained players up to the age of 14, all while progressing into getting my coaching license.

I’m a center midfielder and winger. I’ve played at the semi-professional level with teams such as Tuzos Houston in the USSL and Gallos Houston in an alternate league and have been playing and training my entire life since the age of 4.

All of my players can expect intensity and a technical focus. Every player needs a session catered to them. Whether it be defending or attacking conditioning or positioning or field IQ. I push my players to know the game and have the skills to compete at the next level.

Coach Kevin was punctual, prepared and professional for our first session. I’ve never played in a team so I was a bit intimidated to start the session but he made me feel comfortable and excited to come back.

Excellent coach for my 9yr old son. My son plays for a league and needed help with confidence in games. With just 2 sessions, I can see how coach Kevin is looking to improve this. Making sure we get the fundamentals of soccer down again and working on off the ball areas, like footwork. I can already see my son enjoying soccer again. Though its a process, I cannot wait to see the outcome of these classes in my son games. Already booked my next 4 sessions!
