I played college soccer at Merrimack College and went on to play competitively in semi-professional and high-level amateur soccer. I still enjoy playing recreationally whenever possible.
A 1-on-1 session with me would typically start with an activation exercise to get the player warmed up and mentally switched on. From there, we would move into a predetermined technical/tactical focused portion of the session, ramping up in the degree of intensity. I like to touch on the mental side of the game throughout the session as well.
