Typical session is 45-60 minutes. Initially will talk with parent and athlete about parts of their game that needs improvement. We will go through a quick warm up and mental focus session to get the body and mind prepared to work and improve. We will then talk briefly about the issue the athlete has 1 on 1, no parent. We will explore and discuss mental aspects and the approach to correct problems. My approach is that if the mind doesn't understand what needs to be done then the body can't either. We fix the mind, then we fix the body. Then we will begin a series of drills or technique work that will address the athlete's issue. We will do series of technique drills in groups of 5-15 reps, then break. Reset and repeat. Once the athlete has a grasp on the correction, we will work it into game like simulations.

Coach Kevin is awesome! His positive approach and obvious baseball knowledge made an impact in the first lesson. We’re thankful to have found Coach Kevin!

Great coach. He figured out a mechanical issue in my 9 year old son's running style right away and gave him some drills to help him in the future. Then he did the same thing with his batting and throwing. Coach Kevin is great with kids, he compliments them before he gives any sort of advice or coaching, and gets the most out of them for the entirety of the practice session.

I highly recommend Coach Kevin to anyone looking for someone skilled in all facets of the game that can make your son better after every session.

totally worth the money

Kevin has both experience and knowledge to help get your player to the next level. Learn from a pro. Highly recommended!
Kevin is a great coach with a lot of knowledge in the game of baseball and a ton of professional experience. He has a good eye for seeing the flaws in your mechanics and fixing them and will definatly push you to be the best you can be physically and mentally!
Kevin is an amazing coach- he taught my boys (8 & 10) the fundamentals of a proper swing and they have been excelling ever since- he gave them the tools to self correct and really made a huge, positive impact on them. He is a great coach and even better person- I highly recommend him!
