My passion as a specialist is to help clients reach their maximum potential in regards to their individual goals. Whether it is an athlete achieving their fullest potential on the field or court, an older adult regaining mobility and stability, or an individual looking to lose weight and gain strength, the spectrum varies and keeps me excited to help others as a professional. My experience coaching is through all different age groups from pee-wee level to collegiate.

Earned All League and All County Honors in football, wrestling, and baseball as captain of his high school teams in my junior and senior year. After High School he attended SUNY Cortland and competed on the varsity football and wrestling teams.

Typical session includes a thorough warm-up, working on stationary dynamic then progressing to a moving dynamic approach. After the warm-up we focus on either straight ahead whether its acceleration/top-speed, or agility/change of direction. Each session will specialize in foot position, body angle, and proper acceleration/deceleration techniques to prevent any athletes from getting injured.
