Experience: Team, private 1:1, small group training, school, travel/club.
Ages: Elementary - High School age.
I coach and train at: Arizona Athletics, Desert Mountain High School, & Larry C. Kennedy School.
I played volleyball all the way from middle school to college. I played both school and travel/club volleyball. I was team captain multiple years at different levels and received Most Valuable Defensive Player of the Year in college.
- Warmup (stretches, skills warmup)
- Skills practice/drills (passing, digging, setting, hitting, serving, serve receive, etc.)
- Game-type play. This will look different depending on group size (1:1 game play will be different than small group game play).
