More About Coach Kelli

In college I would work the summer camps that ranged from ages 6-13. I also did private lessons for a family friend back when I was in high school.

I played collegiate soccer at the University of Kentucky and then DePaul Univeristy. I currently play professionally for the Portland Thorns. I was a part of the youth national teams growing up.

I would start with some sort of warm up to get their bodies moving with some stretching. Then I would go into basic skills like footskills and passing. Then depending on their position I would do more positional types of training like clearing if they are a defender or shooting if they are a forward.
