I have been coaching gymnastics and acrobatic gymnastics for 5 years. I've coached all levels from beginning to advanced. I have worked at Gymnastics gyms and dance studios. The age range I work with are 3-18 year olds.

I have competed in Acrobatic Gymnastic for 10 years at a professional level. I competed at the Acrobatic World Championships in 2012. I also have traveled and competed nationally and internationally. Along with gymnastics I also competed in dance. I've been a dancer for 6 years.

First I'd start with a warm up and stretch and then move on to basic tumbling. I like to ask the client/student what they would like to focus on or improve. I like to focus on technique, form, strength, and flexibility.
