Session plan will run about 45 minutes long
Pitching
Our lesson will include stretching, spin work, speed drills, spotting/pitch counts, and new learnings. We will identify strengths and weakness and build on each every session. We will discuss the mental aspect of the game and incorporate trainings to make your level of play stand above your competition.
Hitting
Our lesson will include stretching, fundamental work, bat speed and power drills. For slappers we will work on footwork and placement. I will incorporate situational hitting concepts as well as offensive mental training techniques to take you to the next level.
Position Training
I will identify areas of improvement and design a training regimen that focuses on improving all defensive areas of skill.

All concepts are derived from the 2017 National Coaches Clinic.

Client Reviews

Coach Farnsworth took my daughter to the next level and taught her how to become mentally tough while doing so. She pushes and empowers her to do her best every time! I would highly recommend her to any softball player trying to take her skills to the next level.
