I've been coaching field hockey since I was 18 where I helped at several different US Futures Sites at the regional and national level. I continued coaching through college and after, where I played and coached abroad in England and then Ireland. I have coached at many universities and private camps such as Princeton, Maryland, and Champions Edge. I currently coach individuals and clinics for all age groups that focus specifically on that athlete's or groups personal goals.

I played for four years on the USA National Team, earning over 60 caps. I have played domestically and internationally at every line - be it forward, mid or defense. I played in college at the University of Delaware where I studied fashion design. I played for top clubs abroad - Loreto and Railway Union in Ireland, as well as Cantebury in England.

The one thing that I truly believe for any of my athletes is that the fundamentals are so crucial to growth and success in any sport. Too many kids are learning the wrong way to do things - or worse, they're not being taught at all. I like to lay a great foundation and then we can build your game on top of it any direction you choose. I really cater to the athlete if you are looking for high intensity or more of a learning session - it just depends on your goals and where you are at in the stage of your game. Be prepared to work hard, but to have a good time doing it!
