I haven't had the opportunity to be a coach yet but I have been a captain on multiple teams. As a captain I worked with the members of my team to provide direction and motivation.

Overall
I was a starter at 3rd base during my travel and high-school playing career and then transitioned to centerfield for my collegiate years. I also can and did bat left and right handed during college and can do a little bit of slapping as well.

I am all about fundamentals. I believe the small things mechanics etc are what make a big difference in a players game. So we will work on drills that will provide or enhance a players fundamentals. Drills will vary depending on the areas you'd like to work on / areas we find need strengthening.
It is also important to me to have fun when I'm on the field so we will find a healthy balance between having fun and working hard.
You will leave each session better then when you came.
