I have coached keeper clinics for ages: 6-10, 10-18, and at the collegiate level. I host sessions in both group and individual settings.

I have also coached u-10 girls teams.

Sessions start with fundamentals or warm up drills depending on the age. Basic catching and foot work are crucial to building a good foundation. Then sessions move into a specific focus area which could be any technical element of a keepers game (diving laterally, forward dives, aerial dives, keeper kicks, corners, breakaways etc.). Sessions build to layer in drills working on greater and greater difficulty. Sessions conclude with live play to practice the skills built throughout the session.
