I am currently coaching a 16 Power club team for Carolina One Volleyball Club in Greenville, SC. I am going to be the graduate assistant volleyball coach at Lander University in the Fall of 2014. I am great working with all ages.

I have been playing volleyball for eight years, and played at the collegiate level. I played for Anderson University my freshman year, and then at Lander University for Sophomore, Junior, and Senior year.

My specialization is in serve receive, defense, serving, and ball control. A typical session with me would begin with a warm-up and dynamic/static stretching. I would then continue with ball handling drills and control drills. I would also introduce the client to drills that they could expect at the collegiate level such as multi-ball drills and pressure-situation drills (if playing at the collegiate level is a goal of the client). My sessions would be fun and also challenging, while learning a lot about how to become the best defensive specialist he/she can be.
