More About Coach Kasie
I have coached at the high school level and club level. Plus over 10 years of pitching, hitting, and fielding lessons for girls age 10-18. I have been a coach in Long Beach, CA. Davis, CA. as well as at Walla Walla high school.
I was a 4 year varsity player at Long Beach Wilson High School, a Division 1 high school in California. As well as a scholarship Athlete at the University of California Davis where I played first base and pitched, and arguably more importantly received my B.S. in Viticulture and Enology.
I would begin by evaluating each of my students. I believe that each girl I work with will have a unique set of skills and things she needs to work on. My style is to break down every aspect of the game and focus on the pure mechanics and build from there. Whether that may be fine tuning skills, building strength, or creating new skills.
