During my collegiate career I had the unique opportunity to coach University of Washington youth soccer camps in the summer. I also ran individual and small group training sessions for all ages while living in Seattle. Most recently I was an assistant girls track and field coach at my alma mater high school, where we won our first state championship in school history!

I originally started at the University of Washington running on the track and field team before making the switch to soccer. I played four seasons at UW, and was an integral part on our run to the sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament my junior season. I started 49 games in my career and tallied 25 points. In high school, I was region player of the year my senior season, as well athlete of the year. I also ran track, with my main even being the 300 meter hurdles. At the time, I was the all time state record holder with a time of 41.76.

Proper warm up and muscle activation, agility, small space technical work, working on position specific techniques, tactical applications, finishing and proper cool down. Always open to specific areas of work based on the individual(s).
