More About Coach Kaid

I always believed in myself, and more importantly I believe in people I give boxing lessons too. I've trained alot of fighters, and I still do even though I'm only 20 years old kids, men, and women love my training style alot. I believe in boxing ability, and nothing more or less. I take personal clients and travel around AZ to get them there workout. It's great for me because I'm a college student and a boxer in training too. I love all people no matter what the age, and especially young kids.

I was a really good basketball player in high school at Desert Vista High School, but eventually I found a love for boxing my junior year. Boxing was fun for me, because it challenged every part of my body. People were surprised at 140 pounds 5 8 tall that I could sparr guys 30 pounds heavier than me. I'm currently in training right now for a fight in January, and I'm very excited. Se

Sessions with me are really comfortable alot of people say. People have said they felt at home wherever we were, which was greathe for me. I focus alot on ability, more than just pounding a heavy bag or running non-stop. I want my fighters to understand that you can win any fight only if YOU want to. Technique, Speed, Precise Power, movement, and ability is me. I wanna get to know your skills before anything, and I wanna get you too understand boxing IQ better.

Client Reviews

Coach Kaid was able to quickly define what areas I needed to focus on for optimal improvement in a short span of time to be fight ready based on sparing, drills, running, mitt work. He provided a basic nutritional plan, exercise schedule, and rules to follow for optimal performance. I look forward to future sessions and recommend him to anyone looking to possibly compete.
