More About Coach Jyllissa

I have done private sessions and helped run camps for about 7-8 years and specialize in soccer training (technical and tactical) as well as speed and agility training. I work with ages anywhere from early childhood through college!

In college I was an All-American and All-SEC player for the University of South Carolina. I played for 5 years and hold the school record for the most games and the most starts and hold the NCAA record for the most minutes played. I play centerback and midfield and won three championships. I was drafted to the Houston Dash in the 2023 NWSL draft this January.

All of our sessions will include a warm up and cool down so best prepare the athlete as well as preparing goals with the athlete before we start our time together. Each session will have very clear goals depending on the player. These sessions can consist of technical drills, shooting, speed and agility, or a combination.
