I have played and coached volleyball for over 14 years. I played at the club and collegiate level. I have coached high school and club, boys and girls, ages 15-18. Have taken militiple teams to junior nationals all over the country.

Played 2 years at Springfield College. Won a division 3 national championship. Played club for 7 years. Competed at nationals every year. Won a bronze metal and was names to the all American team at nationals.

I am all about setting up the best drills that will help the client get to where they want to be. As a player I was a setter and a libero, so I have a lot of knowledge on those positions. But I also, as a setter, know what it takes to be a good attacker, defender and server. I would make sure that I assessed the level of my client and planned the drills according to the level they were at. I am a firm believe that being successful in volleyball is all about controlling your body and your mind. So I like to do a lot of footwork techniques and a lot of mind coaching. Challenging th client to really think about what is going on before it happens.
