More About Coach Justin

I started training/coaching at the age of 15. I started in track & field and moved my way to other sports. Such as football, basketball, lacrosse, tennis, soccer, and etc. I've trained athletes of all ages, ranging from ages 4-25. Levels of youth to stages of professional. I received my degree in Exercise Physiology along with my CPPS certification ( Certified Physical Preparation Specialist) I am a firm believer in having my athletes prepared for whatever the sport demands of them because you never know what can be thrown your way during competition.

(Pennsauken High School) 2009: Most Outstanding Athlete, Most Dedicated, Top 10 (6th) finisher @ The Meet of Champions in the 55 meter dash
(West Liberty University D2): School record holder @ 100,200 (outdoor) 55 and 60 meters, schools 1st national qualifier (100 meter dash), WVIAC double sprint confrence champion @ 100, 200 meters.
Post College- Qualified for USA nationals @ 60 meters

55 meters: 6.32 ( @ Marietta College 2013)
60 meters: 6.74 ( @ Youngstown State 2014)
100 meters: 10.39 (@ Wake Forest University 2013)
200 meters: 21.28 ( @ University of Akron 2013)

The beginning we always go through a deep warm up which comes with active stretches of hips, glutes, and hamstrings etc. Next we get into active movements such as A, B skip, high knees, and butt kicks. Lastly we turn on that CNS or (Central Nervous System) to make sure we are firing at all cylinders. After that speed work will take place (depending on the program/day). Next plyometric work will take place and following that will be conditioning and core towards the end.

Justin is so fun and easy to train with. Although his workouts may be hard, you can tell he truly loves his job and wants you to succeed so he pushes you to your greatest potential. It may be painful, but it is so worth it. He makes sure you're having fun while getting the most out of your training time. I could not ask for a better trainer.
