I was a two sport athlete. I boxed for 15 years. Jr. Olympics winner, placed in the Regional and National Golden Gloves. I’ve been a conditioning coach and a personal trainer for 10 years.
Isolation Phase: boxing techniques.
Conditioning Phase: speed, power, stamina and strength.
Sparring Integration Phase: techniques will be integrated into a live sparring session.
