10+ years of coaching experience. Coaching experience and specialties: Speed and Agility, Flag Football, Soccer, Track and Field. Ages 5-18. Coaching experience at premier youth organizations in Tampa Bay area. Certifications include: NAYS- Track and Field and Soccer, USA Football, NFL Flag Football, and ISSA.

Experienced athlete at all levels (AAU, High School, Collegiate). I pride myself on possessing leadership qualities, which have always been important in athletic accomplishments.

All sessions will be personalized to best fit each athletic and their ability level. Sessions will focus on the goals of each athlete. Sessions will be broken down into agility work, specific position drills, and over all fitness development in each particular sport.
