More About Coach Julia
I have assisted my own coaches train their teams for years. I've coached at recreational levels up to advanced clubs levels, ages 4-14 girls and boys. I've participated in many training camps. Coached teams through tournaments and coached practices.
I have been a soccer player myself for 14 years. I've been apart of national level ranked teams. I have also played college soccer. I am a very successful athlete. I was a tri-varsity athlete all 4 years for high school. Ran track, cross country, and played soccer.
A typical session would look like, warm up, ball control, foot work, conditioning/speed training, skill targeting, evaluation, and free play, followed by a cool down.
