Clients can expect an adaptable learning environment. From the first time soccer player trying to get better, to the elite athlete looking to impress college coaches or getting a head start for pre-season, look no further. I have sessions that can challenge even the best technical players I have picked up over my years of training as a professional athlete. Not every player has the same individual abilities. Sessions can and will be adapted to suit your needs. I take them through a broad set of skills on their first day; starting with technical session, transitioning into a dynamic fitness assessment, and end with brief knowledge of basic movement. Sessions are typical heavy on the technical side of the game. Foot skills and "ball mastery" entertain the majority of my sessions. I do my best to mix up the sessions with a variety of new exercises so the players don't become complacent, and are constantly being challenged to improve.

Client Reviews
Tadin (CoachUp client)
Judson was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He put my son through a whole series of footwork drills that really highlighted the importance of speed, balance and rhythm when dribbling a soccer ball. My son really enjoyed the session and that to me is the true gauge of a fun and successful session. Thumbs up to Judson for doing a great job and I certainly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their soccer skills.
Afsheen (CoachUp client)
