I have been training goalkeepers from 8 years old to 25 years old since 2021. Private sessions and also group sessions with Goalkeepers One. I have also a degree on Kinesiology and a Personal Trainer certification.

Played professional soccer back in Venezuela with Caracas F.C. Also, been part of the national team U-15 and U-17 of Venezuela. Collegiate experience with Campbellsville University, Lincoln College and Barry University.

I typically plan sessions for one hour. Where I start with a technical warm up, then a coordination/strength session where we focus on the power. Then all technical part with. only the ball and at the end a simulation of a game-like situation. Sessions goes based on a specific topic, for example: 1 vs 1, air balls, handling, distribution, diving, reaction, feet or hand distribution, etc.
