More About Coach Juan Carlos

I have experience training college athletes and training with other professional athletes. Have experience training athletes between the ages 10-20 years old.

I’m currently a professional soccer player at the USL level (level below MLS). I also played collegiate soccer at a Division 1 level at Siena College before turning professional. In college I won multiple All-Conference awards and Maac Conference Freshmen of the year award. My biggest accomplishment as a professional is representing Honduras in the Tokyo Summer Olympic Games.

Clients can expect a high intensity while working on specific technical skills required to become an elite performing soccer player. I focus on position based drills, such as working on finishing in front of goal for a forward.
