I have been training athletes and everyday people for the last 7 years. I have 5+ years of coaching at the highschool, collegiate and professional level. I have coached at Temple University, Duke University, Cerritos College.
I typically work with age groups ranging from 10-65 yrs old.

USATF Level 1 Certified, I have coached boys and girls of all ages over the past 5+ years. As a professional athlete, I know exactly what each age group requires to help them to achieve their peak performance.
I am certified in Rock Tape, Mohawk Blading and Rock Blade. Also certified in Olympic Lifting.

Clients can expect to go through a full body training experience when training with me. Our sessions will be both physical and educational in that they will know exactly what exercise we are doing and why they are doing it. I focus on full body training as we use our full bodies on a daily basis. A typical workout looks like this:
1. Warm-Up- Dynamic drills to get your system and muscles awake and responsive
2. Bio-Metrics- Through a series of HIIT exercises followed by a cardio based exercise, you will burn the maximum amount of calories needed to reach your greatest physical results and strength.
3. Movement- Being strong is great, but not being able to move strength is pointless. Through a series of functional movement exercises, you'll learn how to turn on and off particular muscles as well as how to move in such a way that you'll think you're back into your teens.
3. Core-work- A series of core exercises that focus on strengthening your abdominals as well as back to give you full stability
