Typical Session is 1 hour session. First the session will be based on what the client needs and is looking to improve. It will be specific to the position of the player. I like to focus on getting a lot of touches on the ball and for the client to get comfortable with the ball that is most important to me. Want to create a technically sound player while working them physically. My saying is "All involved ball involved" the ball is your best friend, so you have to love it! My goal is to make the session efficient as possible while having fun.
