Begin with proper warm-up techniques to prepare body for physical activity includes stretching & caisthenics. Introduction & demonstration of ball skills (passing, setting, serving & spiking). Will go over safe & proper techniques of floor skills (diving & rolling). Will teach anything & everything Athlete needs improvement in.
