Clients can expect consistent professionalism every time they participate in my sessions. I run my athletes through a short warmup, before moving onto exercises that work on a variety of skills and techniques, such as passing, dribbling, shooting, 1v1 defending, 2v1 attacking, turns, first touch, etc. I show athletes drills that they can use on their own time to improve, and I always aim to maximize touches.
