I started playing rugby at Xavier High School. I have played 1,2,3,6,7, and 8. I played in college at St. Bonaventure University. We play in Rugby East (rated the hardest conference in the country). I have been coached by some of the best coaches in New York and in the country: Bruce McClane, Joe Sweeney, Mike Petri (former Eagle), and Tui Osborne (former Eagle).

In college I helped coach our woman's team, and now assistant coach the men's team with Coach Osborne.

I have won many awards in high school, and we finishing in 3rd in the country three years in a row and first in the state two years in a row. My freshman year of college I won "Best New Comer." I have started every game in college and haven't missed one yet.

The session would consist of a stretch then a light warm up

Then we'd move into some ball skills and agility
-teaching how to pass
-ball handling drills
-footwork drills
-speed and agility drills

Then some position specific drills (scrum for the forwards, kicking/passing/footwork for the backs)

End with a little fitness ( you have to be fit to play this game!!) and a cool down
