Depends on the class,**** if 1st time we will cover Introductions, goals, commands, how to wrap hands, how to stand, how to jump rope, how to make a fist, what equipment is necessary and some basics.**** If it's an amateur class we would start with Introductions, goals,warm-up, jog, stretching, bag work, drills and mitts.**** If it's a pro we will cover Introductions, goals, drills, mitts and bag work.
