Qualified for ECAC Tournament in 2001 with a roster of 15 players. (We were promptly routed by a superior Wesleyan team carrying 40 players on the roster)

The agenda for most practice sessions will depend on the position the client plays as well as the skill level, experience and goals of the athlete. However each session will cover the the most important aspects of the sport. All practices will begin with a light warm up of stretching and light running (no less than 5 minutes, no more than 10 minutes) Athletes will then work on individual skills (Passing, dodging, shooting, foot work etc) utilizing a minimum of three different drills. We will focus on individual skill building for 40 minutes. The practice will transition into the teaching of two team concepts that pertain to the individual skills previously practiced. Our session will end with a fun, lighthearted competition or game that will incorporate the skills and concepts learned.
